Public access to Silver Lake is limited and helps keep it the hidden gem in the Adks that it is. Proximity allows easy access to Lake Placid, Wilmington, Lake Champlain, and Montreal. Rustic outbuilding could serve as a bunk house or with permit could be remodeled as another cottage.
