Hoa fee is $700 a year per lot, (additional assessment waterline fee of $75) Water is $210 a 1/4, along with municipal taxes. Park has built in swimming pool, coin op laundry, playground, community building and lake access. Both lots 78 & 80 are sold together. These are 2 of the closest to the lake.
