Ballston Lake is located northeast of Burnt Hills, New York, in the town of Ballston. It is less than four miles in length, a total of 274 acres, and was home to settlers in the region as early as 2000 B.C. The depth of the lake is unknown because underwater caves have prevented divers from diving to the bottom.
