A stairway on the South wall of the living room ascends to an upper floor with a bedroom and balcony that looks down upon the living area. A second stairway off the kitchen descends to the lower floor. At the bottom of the stairs is a bedroom to the left & to the right a cozy family room area with a wood-burning stove. In addition, the lower floor contains your laundry area. A door on the west wall of the lower level opens directly onto the courtyard & the permanent dock on the lake. Have your morning coffee, step out your back door and take a morning plunge. It’s a great place to come home to, with a two-car driveway, additional parking spaces off the road in front of the house. Walk out to the astroturfed courtyard provide a shaded ambiance for daily decompression or hosting family and friends. It’s only a 5-minute walk to Silver Lake State Park or the Hollis State Forest.
