The following usage for this land is straight from the City planning department: Permitted uses. Only uses having low flood-damage potential and not obstructing flood flows shall be permitted within the floodway district, but only to the the extent that they are not prohibited by any other ordinance; accordingly, the following are the only permitted uses within the floodway district: 1.
