Located just west of Kirksville and situated between Thousand Hills State Park/Forest Lake, the Chariton River valley and the Big Creek Conservation Area. The area is known for producing trophy size bucks and high numbers of turkeys. The 40-acre tract is a mix of oak and hickory hardwood ridge tops and ditch bottoms.
