A beautiful drive through the Hovland hills takes you to this peaceful haven on Tom Lake. Much of the parcel is full of deciduous trees with little understory allowing many building site options and for creating trails through the woods. After an easy stroll through the woods, you will come to the top of a manageable ridge which slopes to the shoreline. At the top is a view of Tom Lake and the surrounding valley. With some selective clearing, the views could be even better. Toward the lake, the forest turns to mature evergreens. From the lakeshore, enjoy summer sunsets to the northwest across open water and to the northeast is the peaceful channel and heavy woods for morning sunrises. The land south of the road is easily walkable with gently rolling topography which rises to the southern border. Tom Lake is known for walleye fishing and the surrounding area has many ATV and snowmobile trails. Arrowhead Co-op is in the process of extending electric and broadband in the area.
