Very nice year around place , with 2 additional lakeside cabins plus a bunkhouse on Big Balsam chain of lakes with over 1000 acres of water to explore very scenic and excellent fishing. Nice level lakeshore easy to get to docks. Lakeside cabin has 2 bedrooms and nice screen porch right on water's edge. There is a 60 x 30 metal garage which is in great condition. All the buildings have good metal roofing. There is a automatic propane generator that will run all buildings on the property, if power goes out. This lake place is located about 25 miles north and a little east of Grand Rapids near snowmobile trails and ATV riding!
