Tom Erhart has been an experienced realtor for over 19 years in Northern Michigan. Tom grew up in a county in Southeast Michigan that has the most lakes of any county in the state and dreamed of living on a lake. He has realized that dream for the past 30 years.

Tom’s experience goes beyond real estate. He spent 20 years in business management. He owned and operated a historic inn and restaurant, as well as a boat tour business on Lake Michigan. Tom has lived on Round Lake in Petoskey for 22 years and owns property on Pickerel Lake in Coldsprings Township with his wife of 32 years. The two have a son and two grandchildren who often visit from Colorado. Tom says the best thing about lake living is the beauty, tranquility, and watching it change around you. He enjoys waterskiing, fishing, tennis, golf, and so much more.
