The end of an era! Once upon a time only a few families occupied the land in this beachside Dennis neighborhood, and each put their modest Cape house retreat in the spot that suited them best. Over time a wall was removed to combine two bedrooms and make one large guest room/living room area, though it still has a three-bedroom septic system.
