It is called Looks Point or the "Island." Although nearly surrounded by water it is a very private peninsula with electric & access available. With nearly a mile of water frontage, some deep enough for a dock; and good soils, it is one of the largest salt water parcels on the coast of Maine that has not been subdivided. The owner hopes to find a conservation-minded buyer who is able to keep it together in one family; and preserve another small part of the Maine coast.
