This nice lot has a creek to the left of the property line from the road, it boarders with corps of engineers in a cove. Walk to the lake from your backyard. Unfortunately, this is not dockable. However, property is part of Lake Harbor Shores with lake access and community pavilion that is available for use with yearly dues that are optional - not mandatory/voluntary. Pictures 11-20 are of the community area, dock, and boat ramp. There is truck and trailer parking across the road from the gate.
