With 12 years of experience in sales at Georgia-Pacific Corporation in downtown Atlanta, Bruce developed a deep understanding of building products and the home-building process. During this time, he fell in love with the charming town of Blue Ridge, Georgia, where he's been a proud homeowner since 1993.

After his competitive tennis days, Bruce embraced triathlons, representing Team USA in multiple World Championships. His athletic journey led him to discover the stunning trails and backroads of Blue Ridge and Fannin counties. But it's the pristine waters of Lake Blue Ridge, with its breathtaking beauty and peaceful atmosphere, that remains his favorite swimming spot.
