Out on the Lake

One of the most beloved pastimes on Lake Arrowhead is boating. Lake Arrowhead allows for two and four-stroke gas boats, as well as inflatable boats, kayaks, and canoes; jet skis, wave runners, and other motorized personal boats are not allowed on the Lake Arrowhead waters. All boats must be registered with Lake Arrowhead. The marina offers boat rentals and boat launches; there are several more boat launches around the lake.

People also love to fish at Lake Arrowhead. Fish found here include several species of bass along with catfish, bream, walleye, and crappie. Avid anglers can also join the local fishing club called Arrow Prop Busters. This club puts on an annual open fishing tournament. Anglers can enjoy both bank fishing and boat fishing at Lake Arrowhead.

Lake Arrowhead is part of a private gated community of the same name. Dedicated to keeping the natural views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this community comes with a suite of amenities that include outdoor concerts, drive-in movies under the stars, golf courses and tournaments, horseback riding, and much more.
