Welcome to the Kentucky Inn located in Red Feather Lakes, Colorado. The original Cabin was built in 1931, has a total of 435 Square Feet finished, and has been completely remodeled. Beetle Kill walls, wood floors, and wood ceilings. The other building was built in 2017, it has power ,is finished inside and was issued a Letter of Completion by the County. This means it can be used as a Hobby room, Studio, or just about anything short of sleeping. The Kentucky Inn is a dry cabin, but it does have a self contained water system at the sink. There is a room set aside for a future bathroom, and the outhouse is outback. There is a 200 Amp service buried underground to the breaker box on the outside of the older cabin. This unique little cabin is a Time Capsule in itself taking you back to better days, The Good Old Days. Efficient kitchen with an Eating Space, Airtight Wood Stove, and all of the appliances are included. The living area has a place for a bed and a day bed s shown. This Turn-Key cabin is decorated to the "T" and is Cute & Cozy as a Bug. The 320 Sq Ft Shed presents several opportunities, everything from an equipment building, hobby room, shop, or just for storage.
