Terry Norton

Terry Norton was raised in Carrollton, Georgia. He graduated from Georgia State Trooper School in 1982 and began a successful career with the patrol before retiring in 2003 holding the rank of Major as Adjutant over special operations for the state of Georgia.

Terry has always maintained a high level of professionalism and integrity. This strong work ethic has transferred into his career as a realtor. He is committed to offering his clients the highest quality representation on all levels.

His personable and professional character allows him to build and maintain solid relationships. Since becoming a realtor in 2009 Terry has become a multimillion dollar producer in real estate sells.

Terry specializes in Lake Wedowee Waterfront Properties, Randolph and Clay County Residential and Acreage Properties. Terry offers showings by boat, for lake homes and property. He has also sold large land developments for investors and family trusts.

Terry works hard for his clients and his top priority is making sure that his clients walk away with a feeling of satisfaction and solid relationships with his clients. He works to help clients with all the transitions necessary after closing.

Terry has even formed a small company called Lake Wedowee Home Management which offers assistance in home maintenance, home repairs, outdoor recreation areas and other specialized needs.

Sherrie Norton

Born and raised in Carrollton, Georgia Sherrie graduated from The University of West Georgia in 1984 with a degree in Mass Communications. Aside from being a homemaker and mother she has worked in many aspects of sales and marketing. These experiences have helped Sherrie to develop strategies for marketing, home sales and exposure.

Sherrie also has a passion for design and décor. She is detail oriented and helps Terry with all aspects of showing and selling properties. Her creativity and marketing professionalism are an integral part of the sales team.

She works with clients who are selling by helping to stage their homes to the best advantage and loves assisting new home owners with design and décor.
