Ken Williams

Ken Williams is a dedicated Lake Homes Realty Associate Broker serving Guntersville, Scottsboro, Grant, and Langston areas, committed to helping clients find their dream homes. Ken has been a realtor in Guntersville since 1983 and still loves it to this day! He has a CRS Designation which is a Certified Residential Specialist and a GRI Graduate, Realtor Institute. Since 1993, he has been a Lakefront Specialist and knows exactly what needs to be done to get a home looking its best to hit the market.

Ken Williams was born in Douglas, Alabama - a small farm community in Marshall County. Growing up on "the farm" he was no stranger to hard work and learned the value of responsibility, developing the strong work ethic he maintains to this day. As a young boy, Ken's dad would take him fishing and camping on Lake Guntersville. In his teens, he spent many hours boating and skiing with friends. This time spent on the lake taught him what a massive body of water Lake Guntersville is - all of it beautiful.

Ken has over four decades of experience listing and selling lakefront property. He knows all the different areas of Lake Guntersville and it's residents. After nearly two decades of receiving the honor from the Marshall County Board of Realtors® as Top Sales Producer of Marshall County, Ken is truly "The Lakefront Specialist". Ken's favorite part of being a Realtor® is the end of a transaction. He loves helping both Buyers and Sellers get a great deal.

Ken has one daughter who is an elementary school teacher in New Orleans, LA. Ken loves working out with weights and a good pickup game of basketball. You might find him boating and kayaking as well.
