Originally from the mountains of Colorado, Mariah moved to Texas and began a career in radio advertising and event marketing with iHeart Media. She then transitioned into residential real estate and has thoroughly enjoyed finding the right home for her clients ever since. Her passion for architecture, construction, and design drew her to real estate. Mariah’s areas of real estate expertise are new construction homes, land, lake lots, and lake living.

Mariah is a member of Historic Waxahachie Inc., which is a historic home and building preservation group specializing in saving old structures through fundraising and charitable work. She loves being involved and supporting her church and local events and businesses.

Mariah chose to represent Richland Chambers Lake in Navarro County, Texas, because of its authentic natural beauty and wildlife, vast lake lifestyle living options, and outdoor sports and play appeal. Mariah lives in Waxahachie with her teenage daughter. They are currently renovating their own lake house and historic home! Mariah and her daughter enjoy cooking, painting, reading, fishing, boating, and kayaking together at the lakes, where they have spent most summers and holidays.
