For many real estate agents, undeveloped property is an afterthought. Lots and land almost always get quick description and hopefully someone finds a sign and that leads to the property selling. Truth is, undeveloped property can get pretty complex, pretty quickly. Sorting through all the various ordinances and different zoning regulations is more hassle than most agents want to deal with.
