Clark Lake

15 Miles North of Brainerd

Clark Lake is just 15 miles north of Brainerd, next to the Gull Lake Chain of Lakes. Located in the Brainerd Lakes Area, it is part of a renowned region for lake recreation.

The city of Brainerd is convenient for shops, restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, and attractions, along with the Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport and Essential Health Saint Joseph Hospital.

Minneapolis and Saint Paul are just two hours away, where there is an international airport, a selection of hospitals, and endless entertainment.

343 Acres of Pristine Waters

Clark Lake features 343 acres of water with five miles of shoreline. The lake is 10 feet deep on average but can be as deep as 31 feet.

Boaters, swimmers, and anglers equally enjoy the waters. Thrill-seekers enjoy activities like water skiing, tubing, and wakeboarding.

Clark Lake holds healthy bluegill populations, black crappie, northern pike, largemouth bass, and many other fish species.

A public boat ramp and a fishing pier are located on the south end of the lake.

West of the lake, The Pines Golf Course at Grand View Lodge is a high-end golfing facility boasting a 27-hole course. Its nine’s can be divided between woods, marsh, and lakes.

Mount Ski Gull Resort offers slopes and trails for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. In the summer, they host guided night hikes and the annual Paul Bunyan Extreme Race.

Nisswa Family Fun Waterpark is minutes away, where you can slide, swim, and sun all day for the low price of $11. Nisswa also has access to the Paul Bunyan Trail, a paved path that runs 120 miles across Central Minnesota.
